Job Description

We’re on the lookout for a Real Estate Photographer/Videographer who thrives in social environments and loves working with people. If you’re the kind of person who can light up a room with your personality, this might be the perfect role for you! Experience is not necessary; we’re willing to train you from scratch. What we care about most is your energy, attitude, and ability to make others feel comfortable and engaged.

Key Responsibilities

- Capture stunning photos of residential and commercial properties

- Deliver media content in a timely and consistent manner

- Work closely with the editing team to ensure top-quality output

- Build strong rapport with real estate agents and maintain positive relationships

- Be a welcoming, enthusiastic presence on-site, representing Chelwood Media with a smile

What We’re Looking For

- Exceptional people skills: Someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with others

- Outgoing and enthusiastic: You bring energy to every interaction and love engaging with new people

- Sociable and charismatic: You’re more than just talkative–you know how to create meaningful connections

- No experience required: We’ll train you from the ground up!

- Experience in the service industry (like serving, bartending, or hospitality) is a plus. We value the skills you’ve built in those roles, such as customer service and handling different personalities

Requirements

- Basic photography skills or willingness to learn (we’ll provide the training)

- Ability to travel to various properties in the Salt Lake/Wasatch Front area

- Great communication skills and a passion for customer service with a positive and professional attitude

- Reliable transportation (2015 or newer vehicle) and a valid driver’s license

- Business casual dress code

- Background check required

- Must sign a Non-Solicitation Agreement

Expected hours: Currently 35 hours a week (busy season), standard is 10-30 per week
