Real Estate Photographer and Videographer

**About the Role**

Team Borham is looking for a talented and motivated Real Estate Photographer to join our growing team full time. You'll be the visual voice of our brand — capturing stunning listing photos, producing engaging social media content, and photographing our agents for marketing and promotional use. If you have an eye for detail, love real estate, and enjoy creative work, we'd love to meet you.

**Responsibilities**

• Photograph residential and commercial listings for MLS and marketing use
• Assist with social media content creation (photos, reels, behind-the-scenes, etc.)
• Conduct in-house headshots and lifestyle photography of agents
• Coordinate shoot scheduling with agents and clients
• Edit and deliver photos in a timely, professional manner
• Operate drone for aerial property photography (preferred)

**What We're Looking For**

• Experience in real estate, architectural, or commercial photography
• Strong photo editing skills (Lightroom, Capture One, or similar)
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Drone certification (FAA Part 107) preferred — or willingness to obtain
• Own photography equipment required; drone ownership a strong plus
• Strong communication and time management skills

Pay: $50,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year
