About the Role

Wow Video Tours is hiring a Real Estate Photographer / Videographer / Drone Pilot to join our growing team in the Toledo area.
This is a W-2 employee position with consistent scheduling, team support, and opportunities for long-term growth.
We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working independently, and delivers a great client experience.

You’ll be part of a collaborative team while still enjoying time in the field capturing high-quality media for real estate listings.

What We Provide

We handle the backend so you can focus on what you do best:

• Consistent scheduling and appointment coordination
• Full editing and post-production handled for you
• Marketing and client acquisition
• Structured onboarding and hands-on training (2–4 weeks depending on experience)

• Company-provided equipment (camera, drone, and accessories based on role and experience)

What You’ll Do

• Capture high-quality photos and video for real estate listings
• Shoot aerial/drone photo and video content
• Deliver an exceptional client experience for Realtors and homeowners
• Travel to appointments within a 40-50 mile radius of city center
• Organize and upload media efficiently (training provided on workflow)

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
• Flexible availability during business hours (some evenings/weekends optional)
• Experience with cameras, video, and gimbal work (preferred, not required)
• Drone experience and Part 107 license (preferred or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to work independently while representing the company in the field

Equipment

• All primary equipment is provided by Wow Video Tours
• Candidates with their own gear are welcome, but not required

Additional Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to travel for appointments
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Basic familiarity with file management and uploads
