Location: Lancaster & Surrounding Counties

Position Type: Part-Time | Flexible Schedule

Starting Pay: $20/hr (with structured increases based on training & experience)

Are you passionate about capturing homes at their best and building a career in real estate media? Vincent and Morgan Real Estate Media is looking for driven, creative individuals to join our growing team as Real Estate Photographers.

Whether you’re already experienced or just getting started, we offer a supportive environment where you can grow your skills and your income. This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule, perfect for self-starters with a passion for photography, media, and customer service.

What You’ll Do:

• Travel to multiple locations per day and photograph and/or film residential and commercial real estate properties (photos, video tours, floor plans, 3D tours, drone aerials)
• Interact with real estate professionals, homeowners, and team members
• Represent our brand with professionalism and a client-first attitude
• Upload all files at the end of the day and we take care of the editing and delivery

What We’re Looking For:

• Must live in Lancaster County PA or surrounding counties
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (driving to shoots is required)
• iPhone 15 or later
• Laptop capable of transferring and uploading photo/video files
• Fast Wi-Fi for uploading and managing project deliverables
• Strong customer service skills
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Photography/Videography experience helpful but not required—we provide training!

FAA Part 107 Drone License Requirement

• All photographer must obtain their drone license prior to starting paid, on the job training
• We'll pay for your first attempt on the exam (we bet you'll pass on the first try!)
• We provide all study materials - you just need to be willing to put in the effort to pass

Pay & Schedule

• $20-$40/hr depending on experience, skill level & growth
• 20-35 hours per week (client demand varies week to week)
• Bonus pay for evening shoots when requested
• Paid training time (2-4 weeks)
