About the Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Real Estate Portal Administrator to manage and maintain property listings across major Abu Dhabi real estate platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of property portal management, listing accuracy, and lead handling processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Upload, update, and manage property advertisements across multiple real estate portals
• Ensure all property details, pricing, photos, and descriptions are accurate and updated regularly
• Optimize listings to improve visibility, inquiries, and lead performance
• Monitor listing status and coordinate renewals, edits, and removals when required
• Handle portal integrations, bulk uploads, and CRM synchronization processes
• Track incoming leads from portals and coordinate with the sales team for proper follow-up
• Maintain company listing standards and ensure compliance with portal guidelines
• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for property updates and promotional activities
• Stay updated with market trends and portal policy changes

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate portal management in Abu Dhabi
• Hands-on experience with property listing platforms and CRM systems
• Good understanding of listing optimization and online lead generation
• Ability to manage multiple listings efficiently and accurately
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines
• Arabic language skills will be considered an advantage

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with XML/API integrations and bulk upload systems
• Basic understanding of digital marketing or SEO for property advertisements
• Knowledge of real estate operations and listing coordination
