We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Portal Specialist to manage and optimize property listings across leading real estate platforms.

Role Summary

The Portal Specialist will be responsible for overseeing property advertisements, maintaining listing quality, managing portal performance, and supporting lead generation activities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Abu Dhabi real estate portals and property management systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage property listings across major real estate portals and company platforms
• Ensure all property information, pricing, images, and descriptions are accurate and up to date
• Optimize listings to improve visibility, engagement, and lead generation
• Monitor listing performance and implement updates when necessary
• Handle listing renewals, modifications, and removals in a timely manner
• Coordinate CRM updates and maintain data accuracy between systems
• Track and distribute incoming leads to the appropriate sales consultants
• Work closely with brokers and management teams to ensure listing quality and compliance
• Support marketing initiatives related to online property promotion

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Abu Dhabi real estate experience in portal management
• Strong knowledge of property listing platforms and CRM systems
• Experience with listing optimization and lead management processes
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and coordination abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with XML feeds, bulk uploads, and portal integrations
• Understanding of digital marketing concepts related to property advertising
• Knowledge of Abu Dhabi real estate regulations and market practices
