Real Estate- Post Closing Specialist

We are seeking a high-performing Post-Closing Specialist to join our growing title insurance team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional client service.

The right candidate will play a critical role in ensuring transactions are completed accurately and efficiently after closing, helping the company meet—and exceed—performance expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Document Recording: Record deeds, mortgages, and all required legal documents with county recorder offices in a timely manner.
  • Disbursements & Payoffs: Accurately distribute funds to appropriate parties, including mortgage payoffs, property taxes, HOA dues, and lien holders.
  • Transaction Management: Oversee day-to-day post-closing activities for escrow and title transactions to ensure completion and compliance.
  • Team Support: Provide in-office support to remote senior processors as needed in a timely fashion.
  • Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule client signing appointments, including Remote Online Notarization (RON) transactions.
  • Quality Control: Review, update, and process files to ensure accuracy and best-in-class performance standards.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional support to lenders, real estate professionals, and clients throughout the post-closing process.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with leadership to refine workflows and improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain organized, accurate files
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and adaptability to new technology platforms
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment where flexibility and forward-thinking are essential

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
