We are looking for a talented and motivated Real Estate Professional to join our dynamic team and contribute to our continued growth in Dubai’s luxury property market.

Role Overview

The Real Estate Professional will manage high-value client relationships, present premium properties, and drive sales of residential and investment real estate. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, client-focused, and has a proven track record of achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential buyers through networking, calls, and client referrals.
• Present and promote premium residential and investment properties.
• Conduct property tours, site visits, and virtual presentations.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of market trends, developer launches, and property valuations.
• Negotiate and close deals while meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
• Collaborate with marketing and administrative teams to support lead generation and client engagement.
• Represent Hogar Properties professionally at events, exhibitions, and client interactions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in real estate, property sales, or investment advisory.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Client-focused, confident, and results-driven mindset.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Professional appearance and excellent negotiation skills.
• UAE driving license preferred but not mandatory.
