Proper Realty Group is hiring a Real Estate Disposition Manager to join our team in Austin, Texas. If you're competitive, driven, and want your income to reflect your effort, this is a role built for you.

We're a Texas-based real estate investment company specializing in on- and off-market acquisitions and wholesale opportunities. We connect motivated sellers with serious investors by sourcing, underwriting, and structuring high-potential residential deals before they ever hit the open market. We move fast, think like investors, and operate with an entrepreneurial, accountability-driven mindset.

You won't just be clocking in and out, you'll be building something meaningful with real deal flow, real investor leads, and the infrastructure to thrive.

What you'll do

  • Market and sell wholesale real estate opportunities to a growing network of cash buyers, investors, and fix-and-flip operators
  • Build, manage, and expand your personal buyer network through outbound outreach, relationship building, networking events, and investor meetups
  • Evaluate incoming opportunities quickly and assemble compelling deal packages to drive buyer demand
  • Negotiate assignment fees, purchase terms, and buyer commitments with confidence to maximize profitability on every transaction
  • Work closely with the acquisitions team to stay aligned on the deal pipeline, seller expectations, timelines, and disposition strategy
  • Own the transaction from contract to close, coordinating with title companies, buyers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution
  • Follow up with warm investor leads through our CRM, calls, texts, and direct outreach
  • Stay dialed into the Austin investment market — buyer preferences, pricing trends, and what types of deals move fastest
  • Build urgency and demand around available opportunities by creating competition and moving deals efficiently

What we're looking for

  • Active Texas real estate license, or willingness to obtain one quickly
  • Coachable, trainable, and open to feedback in a fast-moving sales environment
  • Self-motivated and able to build momentum independently without constant oversight
  • Team-oriented, with the ability to collaborate internally while competing at a high individual level
  • Based in Austin, TX for a hybrid schedule (mix of in-office and remote)

Compensation

  • $100,000 – $150,000 per year
