Job Description:
We are seeking English, Arabic and Russian native speakers real estate professional to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an agent who understands the needs of Russian-speaking clients and can provide high-level service throughout the buying, selling, and rental process.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct property showings and client consultations
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Stay updated on local real estate market trends
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties
• Conduct property viewings and present properties professionally
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, buyers, investors, and developers
• Provide market analysis and property valuation advice
• Negotiate terms and close sales deals successfully
• Maintain accurate client records in CRM system
• Stay updated with UAE real estate laws, market trends, and competitor activity
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Provide exceptional customer service before and after transactions

Requirements:

• English, Arabic and Russian native speakers real estate professional
• Experience in real estate sales or brokerage preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Professional, client-focused attitude
