Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic professional with strong expertise in Sales and Construction Project Management to drive project execution while also contributing to business development and customer conversion. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, strong industry knowledge, and proven experience in managing construction projects end-to-end along with handling pre-sales, client interactions, and deal closures.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage the entire construction lifecycle—from planning to handover—while simultaneously enhancing customer engagement, boosting sales performance, and ensuring overall business growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesConstruction Project Management

  • Oversee the complete construction lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Ensure all projects comply with design standards, quality benchmarks, safety norms, and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and site teams for seamless execution.
  • Prepare micro-level project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion.
  • Manage project budgets, cost controls, BOQs, and resource allocations.
  • Identify risks, resolve issues promptly, and implement corrective measures.
  • Lead and mentor project teams to achieve successful and high-quality project outcomes.

Sales & Client Management

  • Handle customer inquiries, site visits, and client meetings with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Understand customer requirements and guide them on project features, pricing, specifications, and benefits.
  • Foster strong client relationships to enhance trust and improve conversion rates.
  • Provide timely updates to customers on project milestones, handover timelines, and documentation processes.
  • Support pre-sales activities including lead follow-ups, proposal preparation, and CRM updates.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to achieve sales targets and enhance brand visibility.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in construction project management; experience in sales or customer handling is a strong advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, industry standards, safety practices, and statutory compliances.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and with high customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to handle clients, consultants, contractors, and cross-functional teams efficiently.
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (Master’s preferred).
  • Strong customer-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and business growth.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
