We are looking for a motivated and well-connected Real Estate Sales Partner to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating their own leads, bringing clients, and building strong relationships within the real estate market.

This role is ideal for individuals with an existing network of clients and agents who can actively contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage your own leads and client pipeline
• Promote and present available properties to potential clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents and brokers
• Collaborate with the team to achieve company sales targets
• Stay updated on market trends and available inventory
• Facilitate property viewings and negotiations

Requirements:

• Experience in real estate sales, brokerage, or property consulting
• Strong network within the real estate market is highly preferred
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Ability to work independently
