POSITION: REAL ESTATE PROPERTY CONSULTANT

Location: Dubai | Employment Type: Commission-based / Full-time

Role Overview:

We're seeking experienced and motivated Real Estate Brokers to represent the company in managing client transactions across residential and commercial portfolios. This role is ideal for professionals with a deep knowledge of the UAE property market and a proven track record in client acquisition and deal closure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source, list, and manage property listings

- Represent clients in property viewings, negotiations, and closing processes

- Maintain market awareness and provide accurate, strategic advice to clients

- Ensure full compliance with RERA regulations and internal documentation processes

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

- Minimum 1 years of brokerage experience in the UAE market

- Valid RERA certification (mandatory or in progress)

- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

- Self-motivation and a results-driven approach
