We’re Hiring: Real Estate Recruiter – Dubai, UAE

We are a dynamic real estate company in Dubai looking for an experienced Recruiter with a strong background in UAE-based real estate recruitment. The ideal candidate will manage the full recruitment cycle and help us build a successful, motivated sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Manage end-to-end recruitment – posting, sourcing, screening & onboarding

✔ Recruit for real estate roles (Property Consultants, Admin, Marketing, etc.)

✔ Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline

✔ Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth hiring process

✔ Maintain recruitment reports and meet hiring targets

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Recruiter in a UAE real estate company
• Strong communication, sourcing, and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of UAE labour laws related to recruitment
• Proactive, organized, and target-driven
