About Us

Nine Star Properties is looking for a proactive and organized Real Estate Recruiter / Coordinator to help us grow and manage our team of property consultants. If you understand sales-driven roles and enjoy coordinating people, performance, and processes, this role is for you

What You’ll Be Doing

• Recruiting real estate agents on a commission-only structure
• Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new agents
• Coordinating agent updates on leads, pipeline, and closures
• Acting as the bridge between agents and management
• Providing regular updates and reports to Directors and Management
• Supporting daily coordination, follow-ups, and team communication

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in recruitment, coordination in real estate
• Strong understanding of commission-based sales roles
• Confident communicator with excellent follow-up skills
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage targets
• Fluent in English
