Real Estate Advisory & Relationship Lead

(Design-Led Real Estate Vertical)

About the Role

We are building a design-led real estate advisory platform, where property decisions are enhanced through lifestyle, design, and furnishing clarity.

This role is not traditional brokerage.

You will act as the single-point relationship owner—connecting developers, brokers, and end-customers—while ensuring strong deal momentum and high-quality conversions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Developer & Broker Relationships

  • Build and manage relationships with select developers and premium brokers
  • Identify high-potential residential inventory (ready & near-ready)
  • Position our firm as a value-enhancement partner, not a broker

2. Buyer Engagement & Qualification

  • Handle inbound and referred buyer inquiries
  • Understand buyer intent (end-use / investment / rental)
  • Qualify budget, timeline, and seriousness
  • Ensure design & furnishing vision is introduced early

3. Deal Coordination & Follow-Ups

  • Coordinate site visits with brokers / developers
  • Align buyer expectations with project realities
  • Maintain daily follow-ups until closure
  • Track pipeline: meetings → visits → closures

4. Conversion & Revenue Ownership

  • Ensure furnishing & styling opportunities are integrated into every deal
  • Coordinate with internal design/furnishing teams post-closure
  • Track conversion ratios and monthly revenue impact

5. Reporting & Pipeline Management

  • Maintain simple CRM / tracker (leads, stage, next action)
  • Weekly review with Founder
  • Monthly performance summary

Ideal Candidate Profile

Must-Have

  • 5–10 years experience in premium residential real estate
  • Strong developer & broker network in Delhi NCR
  • Confident handling HNI / UHNI buyers
  • Excellent follow-up discipline
  • Mature, consultative communication style

Good to Have

  • Exposure to luxury interiors, lifestyle products, or hospitality
  • Understanding of how design impacts property value
  • Experience working with founders / principals directly

Compensation Structure

  • Fixed Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹75,000 per month (based on experience)
  • Performance Incentives:
  • Furnishing conversion incentives
  • Developer engagement incentives
  • Advisory success bonuses
