Real Estate Relationship Manager – Secondary & Rentals

Job Description:
We are looking for a confident and relationship-driven Real Estate Relationship Manager to handle secondary sales and rental transactions. This role is focused on client servicing, property matching, and long-term relationship building rather than cold selling.

You will work closely with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants, ensuring smooth transactions and a professional experience from inquiry to closure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage secondary market sales and rental transactions
• Handle client inquiries and understand requirements
• Match clients with suitable properties
• Coordinate property viewings, negotiations, and closings
• Maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers
• Manage listings and keep property data updated
• Work closely with internal sales and admin teams
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of real estate experience in Dubai is preferred
• Hands-on experience with property portals such as Property Finder and Bayut
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market
• Comfortable using CRM, WhatsApp, and property portals
