Real Estate Rental / Leasing Consultant

Position Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Real Estate Rental / Leasing Consultant to join our team in Dubai. The role involves assisting clients in finding suitable rental properties and supporting landlords in effectively leasing their units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and list new rental properties
• Conduct property viewings and inspections
• Match tenants with suitable listings
• Negotiate lease terms between landlords and tenants
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dubai’s rental market and regulations

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of leasing or rental experience in Dubai
• Strong communication and client service skills
• Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
• Organized, proactive, and results-driven
