Real Estate Sale Team Leader

The Real Estate Sales Team Leader is responsible for leading, coaching, and managing a team of real estate agents to achieve sales targets and business growth. This role combines sales leadership, performance management, recruitment, and strategic planning to drive productivity and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Management

  • Recruit, onboard, and train new real estate agents
  • Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback
  • Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one performance reviews
  • Foster a positive, high-performance team culture
  • Set clear expectations, goals, and accountability standards

Sales Performance & Growth

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Monitor team KPIs including listings, closings, lead conversion, and revenue
  • Support agents in negotiations and complex transactions
  • Identify opportunities for market expansion and business development

Business Development

  • Generate leads through networking, partnerships, and marketing initiatives
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and community stakeholders
  • Represent the brokerage at industry events and networking functions

Training & Development

  • Provide sales training, scripts, and best practices
  • Stay updated on local market trends, regulations, and industry changes
  • Ensure compliance with real estate laws and brokerage policies

Administrative & Reporting

  • Track and report team sales performance
  • Manage budgets related to marketing and team operations
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support agent success

Job Requirement:

  • Active real estate license (required)
  • 3–5+ years of successful real estate sales experience
  • Prior leadership or team management experience preferred
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to motivate and develop others
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and real estate technology tools
