*Key Responsibilities:*

  • *Sales Strategy Development*: Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goals.
  • *Client Relationship Management*: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and potential clients.
  • *Team Management*: Manage and motivate a sales team to achieve sales targets.
  • *Market Analysis*: Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
  • *Sales Forecasting*: Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets.
  • *Negotiation and Closing*: Negotiate and close deals effectively.

*Requirements:*

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the real estate industry
  • Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and relevant legislation
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

*Salary Range:* upto 6L per annum (fixed + performance-linked incentives)
