Responsibilities

• Maintain a consistent presence in the office five days a week to foster teamwork and support.
• Conduct one open house each week to generate interest and attract potential buyers.
• Complete 100 phone calls daily to cultivate leads and expand your client base.
• Attend all scheduled team meetings punctually and actively participate.
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt by engaging with our established, effective system.
