Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in New Cairo for a Real Estate Sales professional. Responsibilities include managing property listings, assisting clients with buying, selling, and leasing properties, and negotiating on behalf of clients to secure favorable terms. The role also involves providing expert advice on real estate market trends and guiding clients through the entire transaction process to ensure satisfaction and transparency while meeting sales goals.

Qualifications

• A valid Real Estate License and expertise in real property regulations
• Experience in Sales and Real Estate practices
• Strong Customer Service skills, including communication and client relationship management
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Knowledge of the New Cairo real estate market is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in time management and organizational skills
