Your Responsibilities as a Real Estate Sales Agent: Maintain client relationships to enhance sales. Develop connections that resonate with clients, leading to increased sales opportunities. Meet with potential buyers and sellers to understand their home preferences and show them properties that meet their criteria. Host engaging open houses to showcase our listings. Manage the entire process from listing to closing, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions. Attract potential clients to generate new business opportunities. Be a local expert – possess in-depth knowledge of the community and market, confidently addressing inquiries about potential homes, similar properties, and the neighborhood.

Real Estate Sales Agent Requirements: Previous sales experience is advantageous. Embrace a tech-savvy approach. Exhibit excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills. Be self-motivated and driven by ambition. Demonstrate excellent organizational and time management skills. A valid Real Estate License is required.

Pay: $48,226.91 - $196,492.21 per year
