Position Overview:

As a Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying, developing, and closing strategic B2B and B2C sales opportunities. You will manage the entire sales lifecycle — from lead generation and relationship building to negotiations and deal closure — ensuring successful migration or real estate conversions. This role requires impeccable communication, networking, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Business Development & Sales

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Pitch company services to HNIs, and real estate investors.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, negotiations, and finalize agreements to closure.
  • Generate leads by building alliances with builders, brokers, wealth managers, law firms, consultants, and referral partners.
  • Relationship Management
  • Manage existing client and partner relationships to maximize up‐sell/cross‐sell opportunities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring personalized and high‐value experiences.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client migration aspirations and investment goals.
  • Strategic Partnerships & Alliances
  • Partner with overseas real‐estate developers, migration lawyers, banks, and financial institutions to develop joint business propositions.
  • Train and enable partners to effectively sell Phoenix Business Advisory’s service offerings.
  • Market Intelligence & Reporting
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitor offerings, and client insights.
  • Recommend product/service enhancements to improve conversion ratios.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience: 4–5 years of strong, target‐oriented sales experience in Immigration Consulting or Real Estate Industry (mandatory).
  • Sales Capability: Strong consultative selling mindset with excellent negotiation, persuasion, objection handling, and closing skills.
  • Relationship‐Building: Ability to independently manage CXO‐level conversations and build long‐term partnerships.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Mindset: Self‐driven, ambitious, and comfortable working in high‐performance environments.
  • Flexibility to travel domestically or internationally for client meetings & exhibitions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
