Job Title: Real Estate Sales Agent
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
• currently based in Abu Dhabi is preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in real estate sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients and generate leads through networking, marketing, and referrals.
• Conduct property viewings and provide professional advice to clients about market conditions, prices, and mortgages.
• Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services.
• Maintain and update property listings and sales pipelines.
• Negotiate contracts with buyers and sellers ensuring all parties' needs are met.
• Prepare necessary documentation such as sales agreements and lease contracts.
• Stay up to date with local real estate market trends and legal regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and boost property visibility.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
