About the Role

As a Real Estate Sales Agent, you will play a key role in driving our property sales and representing Skyland Horizons in one of the world’s most competitive real estate markets. You will manage leads, handle negotiations, collaborate with brokers, and guide clients through the entire sales journey with professionalism and confidence.

What You Will Do

• Build and maintain a strong network of buyers, investors, and brokers.
• Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting to closing successful deals.
• Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations.
• Collaborate with brokers for co-listings and joint deals.
• Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
• Ensure all sales activities comply with RERA and Dubai real estate regulations.
• Deliver outstanding customer service from first contact to handover.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of Dubai real estate sales experience (mandatory).
• Strong broker and client database in the UAE.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and closing skills.
• Knowledge of RERA regulations, contracts, and DLD procedures.
• Proactive, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
• CRM experience & proficiency in MS Office.
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
• RERA certification is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to AED8,500.00 per month

Experience:

• Real Estate: 3 years (Required)
• Off-Plan Sales: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driving License (Preferred)
