We are looking for a driven and experienced
Off-Plan Sales Broker
to join our growing team in Dubai. If you have a strong background in real estate, a passion for connecting clients with the city’s most exclusive developments, and the ability to build relationships across diverse markets — we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do

Advise clients on the best off-plan property investments across Dubai’s leading developers.

Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, presentations, follow-up, negotiation, and closing.

Maintain deep knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market, upcoming launches, master communities, payment plans, and investment trends.

Conduct property tours and deliver high-quality consultations to local and international buyers.

Build and maintain a strong client portfolio with long-term relationship management.

Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to support lead performance and client experience.
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in Dubai real estate
(mandatory), preferably in off-plan sales.

Strong communication and negotiation skills with a results-driven approach.

Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

A professional, confident, and customer-centric attitude.
Languages:

English or Arabic (required)

Knowledge of any of the following languages is a
strong advantage
:
Russian, Hindi/Urdu/Indian languages, Mandarin/Chinese, French.
