Responsibilities

• Take part in training sessions to understand sales processes, negotiation techniques, and real estate best practices
• Assist clients throughout their buying, selling, and renting journeys for both residential and commercial properties
• Schedule, coordinate, and conduct property tours while delivering accurate and helpful information
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and internal team members
• Organize and update property data, client details, and leads using CRM systems
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales departments to enhance lead generation efforts and promote available properties
• Stay informed about market conditions, upcoming projects, and real estate regulations in Abu Dhabi

Requirements

• No prior experience in real estate is needed—comprehensive training will be provided
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, proactive mindset
• Willingness to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and strong customer service orientation
