Real Estate Sales Agent

Source Properties is looking for highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Agents to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This role is ideal for candidates who are confident, results-driven, and passionate about real estate sales. If you have strong negotiation skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to convert leads into successful deals, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

-Generate and manage leads for both off-plan and ready properties.

-Conduct property viewings, meetings, and follow-ups with clients.

-Maintain strong knowledge of Dubai real estate market trends, communities, and developers.

-Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

-Coordinate with developers, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions.

Requirements:

-Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills.

-self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

-Familiarity with Dubai communities and top developers (Emaar, Damac, Nakheel, Sobha, etc.).

-Languages preferred (not mandatory): Persian, Arabic, Chinese, Russian.

-Ability to handle clients professionally and build trust.

What We Offer:

High commission structure – up to 50% per closed deal.
