We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing property sales in a fast-paced and competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and manage leads through calls, networking, referrals, and marketing activities.
  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties.
  • Conduct property viewings, market research, and price evaluations.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the local real estate market, trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales cycle.
  • Negotiate offers and finalize sales contracts in line with company policies.
  • Prepare and present property proposals to clients.
  • Coordinate with property owners, developers, and internal teams for listings and deals.
  • Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and record-keeping for all transactions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a real estate agent or in a sales role.
  • Strong understanding of the UAE real estate market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, well-organized, and target-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) certification is an advantage.
