We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing property sales in a fast-paced and competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage leads through calls, networking, referrals, and marketing activities.
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties.
- Conduct property viewings, market research, and price evaluations.
- Develop a deep understanding of the local real estate market, trends, and competitor offerings.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales cycle.
- Negotiate offers and finalize sales contracts in line with company policies.
- Prepare and present property proposals to clients.
- Coordinate with property owners, developers, and internal teams for listings and deals.
- Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and record-keeping for all transactions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a real estate agent or in a sales role.
- Strong understanding of the UAE real estate market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, well-organized, and target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) certification is an advantage.
