Role Overview

We’re expanding our Off-Plan Sales Team in Dubai and are looking for ambitious, deal-driven professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

If you understand Dubai’s primary real estate market, enjoy building strong client relationships, and love closing value-driven deals, this role gives you the platform to grow your career while working with top-tier developers and premium projects.

What You’ll Do

  • Represent and sell off-plan projects from leading Dubai developers
  • Stay ahead of the market with strong knowledge of new launches, pricing trends, and investment opportunities
  • Own the end-to-end sales journey — from lead engagement and qualification to site visits, negotiations, and closures
  • Build long-term client relationships by offering strategic advice and market insights
  • Collaborate closely with developers and internal teams to deliver a smooth, high-quality client experience
  • Attend project launches, developer trainings, and networking events to stay market-relevant
  • Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate client records, follow-ups, and deal progress in the CRM
