Real Estate Sales Agent

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and driven Property Consultant to join our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue goals, managing a team of sales professionals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role will work closely with the team to drive growth, establish new business relationships, and maintain existing partnerships.

Responsibilities:

 Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

 Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure success.

 Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.

 Collaborate with marketing to develop effective promotional campaigns and sales materials.

 Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

 Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company.

 Work closely with the executive team to develop and implement overall business strategies.

 Provide regular sales reports and updates to the Team Leader.

Requirements:

 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.

 Minimum of 1 years of experience in Dubai Real Estate Sales, with at least 1 deal closure in the real estate industry.

 Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 Ability to think strategically and make sound business decisions.

 Knowledge of real estate sales techniques and market trends.

 Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

 Ability to travel as needed.
