Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Agent with proven sales experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing property deals, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert leads through calls, meetings, site visits, and referrals
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
- Conduct property presentations, negotiations, and deal closures
- Maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, developers, and channel partners
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with legal, CRM, and documentation teams for smooth transactions
- Keep up to date with market trends, pricing, and inventory
- Maintain accurate client records and follow-ups
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven sales experience in real estate, property sales, or high-ticket sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of local real estate market is an advantage
- Proficiency in CRM tools, WhatsApp, calls, and follow-ups
- Graduate / MBA in Sales or Marketing (preferred but not mandatory)
