Job Description:

We are seeking a Real Estate Sales Agent who is fluent in Arabic and English, with a strong understanding of Dubai’s property market. The ideal candidate will be ambitious, target-driven, and ready to grow within a high-performance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle property listings, resale transactions, and client inquiries.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and online platforms.
• Conduct property viewings and provide clients with accurate market insights.
• Negotiate offers and close secondary market deals.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.
• Stay updated with RERA regulations, market trends, and community developments.

Requirements:

• Male and Female candidate.
• Fluent in French, Arabic & English (required).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai’s real estate market (secondary sales preferred).
• Valid UAE driving license and own car is a plus.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
