Real Estate Sales Agent

Job Summary

We are hiring a motivated Real Estate Sales Agent to join our Dubai team. You will assist clients with buying, selling, and leasing properties while following UAE real estate regulations.

Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on sales and leasing leads
• Advise clients on property options and market conditions
• Conduct property viewings
• Negotiate deals between clients
• List properties on approved portals
• Maintain client records and documentation
• Ensure compliance with RERA and DLD rules
• Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements

• 1+ year real estate experience (UAE preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Sales-driven and customer-focused
• Able to work independently
• Professional appearance
• UAE driving license preferred
• RERA certification (or willingness to obtain)
