Real Estate Sales Executive – Hiring Criteria
Location: Abu Dhabi
1. Experience
- Minimum 1–3 years experience in real estate sales (UAE market preferred)
- Proven track record in off-plan and/or secondary market sales
- Experience handling client meetings, site visits, negotiations, and closings
2. Languages
- Additional languages are an advantage (Russian, Chinese, Hindi, Urdu, French, etc.)
3. Sales & Communication Skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
4. Market Knowledge
- Knowledge of UAE real estate laws and regulations
- Understanding of off-plan and ready properties
- Familiarity with developers, payment plans, and mortgages
5. Customer Handling
- Client-focused and professional
- Strong follow-up and objection-handling skills
- High level of integrity and transparency
6. Technology & Tools
- Experience using CRM systems
- Familiar with property portals (Bayut, Property Finder, etc.)
- Comfortable with digital communication tools
8. Personal Traits
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
