Real Estate Sales Agent

We are looking for motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Agents to join our growing team. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about property sales, client handling, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and follow up on property leads (buyers & sellers)
• Promote residential and/or commercial properties
• Conduct property viewings and client meetings
• Negotiate and close property sales and lease deals
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and developers
• Update CRM systems with leads and transactions
• Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements:

• Experience in real estate sales or direct sales (preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
• Knowledge of local real estate market is an advantage
• Valid driving license (preferred)
