Responsibilities :

• Managing the entire transaction process of a property purchase or sale.
• Maintaining strong knowledge of the real estate market and being able to provide expert advice to their clients.
• Determining clients' needs and financials, and the ability to propose solutions that suit them.
• Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing.
• Performing comparative market analysis to estimate the property's value.
• Promoting sales through social media.
• Networking and building relationships with potential clients.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication in English (written and spoken) is essential.
• Multilingual candidates are a plus: French, Arabic, Russian, Chinese, Spanish, German, or Italian.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in real estate.
• Sound knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and RERA regulations.
• Tech-savvy, self-motivated, and target-driven.
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and closing skills.
• A UAE driving license is a strong advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED150,000.00 per month
