Position: Real Estate Consultant

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Real Estate Consultant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of two (2) years of proven experience in the Dubai real estate market, strong negotiation skills, and a client-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and build long-term relationships with clients.
• Conduct property viewings and provide accurate market insights and professional advice.
• Negotiate terms and successfully close sales and leasing transactions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dubai real estate trends, regulations, and market conditions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Real Estate Agent/Consultant in Dubai.
• Strong understanding of the Dubai property market and RERA regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
