Job Description
We are hiring a Real Estate Sales Agent to support clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. The role involves client coordination, property viewings, negotiations, and transaction support.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with property sales, leasing, and purchases
• Conduct property viewings and client meetings
• Coordinate negotiations and support deal closures
• Maintain client relationships and follow up for repeat business
• Use CRM and marketing platforms to promote listings
• Stay informed about local property market trends

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in real estate or sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Willingness to learn and grow in a sales environment

Preferred Skills

• Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage)

Compensation

• Fixed monthly salary (based on experience)
• Commission paid on successfully closed transactions in accordance with company polic
