Position: Property Consultant - Real Estate Sales Agent

Compensation: Commission + Salary

The Role:

We’re seeking experienced, driven professionals with a strong background in dealing with European and UK investor markets. If you excel in high-energy sales environments and have a track record of building lasting relationships with international clients, this is your opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Acquire & manage client relationships
• Provide tailored property solutions and investment advice
• Stay updated on market trends & project launches
• Attend events, network, and drive new business
• Negotiate and close sales effectively

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year real estate sales experience
• Proven sales & client management skills
• Fluent English (additional European languages a plus)
• Target-driven, organized, self-motivated
• Knowledge of Dubai property laws & developers
• Ability to work effectively with international investors, especially from EU/UK markets
• Valid UAE work permit or eligibility to obtain one
• EU/UK Nationals are preferred.
