Easy 2 Manage Properties is expanding! We are a content-driven real estate company based at a prime location on Sheikh Zayed Road, and we’re looking for ambitious, motivated Sales Agents to join our growing team in Dubai’s real estate market.

About Us

We are not a traditional brokerage.

Our company is heavily focused on social media and digital content to generate high-quality inbound leads, giving our agents a strong advantage in today’s market.

Role Responsibilities

• Handle buyer and seller inquiries generated through social media and digital platforms
• Sell residential and off-plan properties across Dubai
• Conduct property viewings and client meetings
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Negotiate and close deals professionally
• Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in Dubai real estate sales (preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Confident, presentable, and target-driven personality
• Comfortable working with leads generated via social media
• Self-motivated and hungry to grow income and career
• RERA certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain)
