Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties, including off-plan and ready-to-move-in properties.”.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities and qualified leads.
• Conduct property viewings and professionally present listings to clients.
• Negotiate offers and successfully close deals.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure consistent follow-ups.
• Stay informed about market trends, property values, and industry developments.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in real estate sales (residential and/or commercial).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Self-motivated, professional, and goal-oriented.
• In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market.
