Position overview:

As an Experienced Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying in an off-plan primary market.

Key responsibilities:-

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Understand client needs and preferences and provide tailored property recommendations.
• Always eager to learn new things and improve sales skills to perform better at work.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends, property valuations, and legal requirements in off-plan and primary real estate markets.
• Provide expert advice and insights to clients regarding the advantages and disadvantages of each property type.
• Has a friendly and positive personality, maintains professional attire, and communicates confidently with clients.
• Conduct property showings, open houses, and virtual tours to promote available properties.

Requirements:-

• Experience: 1-2 year in Off-plan primary market in Dubai Real Estate.
• Language: English (Required) other languages are a plus.
• Education: Must have at least a degree or high school diploma.

Compensation & Benefits:-

• Fixed salary with commission

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
