About the Role

Keller Williams Qatar, operating under Eagle Wharf Realty, is looking for dynamic and driven Real Estate Sales Advisors to join our growing team in Doha.

As a KW Sales Agent, you’ll own the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and listing to closing deals—while delivering exceptional service to buyers, sellers, and tenants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
  • Guide clients through the full real estate process with confidence and professionalism
  • Match clients with properties that meet their financial goals, lifestyle, and preferences
  • Negotiate offers and close deals while protecting clients’ best interests
  • Conduct Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) to accurately price properties
  • Manage and update a property portfolio across multiple platforms
  • Leverage digital marketing, social media, and networking to promote listings
  • Stay informed on market trends, legal requirements, and community developments
  • Consistently meet (and exceed) sales targets with a proactive and results-driven approach

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of real estate sales experience (preferred)
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Fluent in English (Arabic or additional languages a plus)
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Valid Qatar ID
  • Willingness to relocate or commute to Doha
  • Passion for selling and achieving results
