Job Title: Real Estate Sales Agent – Dubai

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven Real Estate Sales Agent with a minimum of 1 year of UAE real estate or property sales experience. The ideal candidate understands the dynamics of the Dubai property market, excels at building client relationships, and is confident guiding buyers, sellers, and investors through every step of the transaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate, qualify, and manage leads through calls, meetings, and property tours
• Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, and investment opportunities
• Conduct property listings, viewings, and negotiations with professionalism
• Maintain an up‑to‑date knowledge of Dubai communities, developers, and project launches
• Prepare and present offers, contracts, and required documentation
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Build long‑term relationships with clients to encourage repeat and referral business
• Coordinate with marketing and admin teams to ensure smooth deal flow
• Stay informed on RERA regulations, market trends, and competitive activity

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of UAE real estate or property sales experience (brokerage or developer)
• Strong understanding of Dubai’s real estate market and major communities
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a target‑driven environment
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car (preferred)
• RERA certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
