SKY VORA REAL ESTATE is hiring a high caliber Sales Agent responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing property transactions. The role involves promoting company listings, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and ensuring a smooth sales or leasing process in compliance with RERA and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new leads through calls, networking, referrals, and online platforms.
- Manage and maintain an active pipeline of buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
- Conduct property viewings and provide clients with accurate information about listings.
- Negotiate offers and finalize agreements between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants.
- Prepare and review necessary documentation such as Form A, Form B, and Form I.
- Stay updated with market trends, pricing, and new project launches.
- Advertise and promote listings on property portals and social media in compliance with DLD advertising rules.
- Maintain strong communication with clients to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Coordinate with the admin team for contracts, marketing permits, and Ejari processing.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in real estate sales or leasing (preferred).
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Dubai real estate market and RERA regulations.
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Professional, motivated, and customer‑focused.
Work Environment
- Fast‑paced, target‑driven real estate office.
- Requires flexibility in working hours, including weekends when needed.
