We are offering a full-time, commission-based sales role designed for ambitious, competitive individuals striving to achieve $100k+ in annual earnings.

This is strictly not a part-time role. We are looking for highly driven self-starters prepared to embrace a challenging environment and build a successful business.

Our agents typically reach $100k+ in income by their second or third year, with top earners making between $150k and $200k+ annually.

Market Coverage

Eau Claire • Chippewa Falls • Altoona • Lake Hallie • Menomonie

Additionally, we are expanding into new areas including Rusk County (Ladysmith, WI) and Jackson County (Black River Falls, WI).

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Convert inbound leads using proven scripts and coaching
• Make outbound calls to leads & sphere contacts
• Attend daily sales huddles and weekly coaching
• Follow a structured sales plan
• Hold client appointments and build relationships
• Use our CRM (Brivity) for daily follow-up
• Participate in team events, open houses & challenges
• Build a predictable book of business through consistency

Our main hub is located in Eau Claire, WI. However, because of high demand, we are also looking for partners in Jackson County (Black River Falls area), and in Rusk County (Ladysmith area).
