Real Estate Sales agent

We are seeking a motivated and professional Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, and guide them through every step of the real estate process. The agent should be knowledgeable about the local market, skilled in negotiation, and dedicated to providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties
• Provide guidance and support throughout the property transaction process
• Conduct market research to determine competitive market prices
• Create and manage property listings on online platforms and MLS
• Schedule and conduct property showings and open houses
• Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients
• Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, agreements, closing documents, etc.)
• Build relationships and maintain a strong network with clients and other industry professionals
• Stay up to date with market trends, legal regulations, and best practices
• Collaborate with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, escrow companies, and attorneys

Qualifications:

• 2 years experience as a real estate agent.
• Resident in Bahrain.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong sales, negotiation, and networking abilities
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Familiarity with real estate CRM software and digital marketing tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Have his Own Car.

Compensation:

• Commission-based with potential for bonuses and incentives

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: BD350.000 - BD400.000 per month
