Role Overview

As a Real Estate Agent at ERE Homes, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients, generating leads, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and guiding clients through the entire property transaction process.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify new leads through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
• Conduct property viewings and provide expert market advice.
• List and market residential and commercial properties.
• Negotiate offers and close transactions successfully.
• Stay up to date with Dubai's real estate market trends and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records within the company's CRM system.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

• Previous experience in real estate sales is preferred but not essential.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline.
• Fluent English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
• UAE driving license and own vehicle are preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai's property market is beneficial.
